We have litigated (and prevailed) in claims brought against government entities and officials under the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments, alleging retaliatory discharge, false arrest, illegal search and seizure, excessive force, right of association violation, and wrongful conviction. We have also successfully litigated allegations of racial profiling against state and local law enforcement, as well as land use claims alleging “class of one” equal protection claims and takings.
Our representation of government clients extends to commercial and insurance disputes as well. In the employment arena, we have successfully litigated all types of discrimination claims, including those brought under the ADA, ADEA, Title VII and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
